چکیده
Titanium dioxide is a very attractive material in catalysis. Although the titanium exhibits superior proper-ties ultra violet radiation, activity of catalyst can be improved by some modifications specially for daylight radiation. was colored thermal decomposition sodium borohydride at 400 0C. The gray nanotube-titanium obtained where molar ratio to borohydride, 1.2 and 0.6. black prepared making 0.3. While heterogeneous dispersion observed after coloring commercial dioxide, all photocatalysts from were perfectly homogeneous coloring. Structural properties analysed using XRD, BET SEM. nanotube form hydrothermal method. are anatase have high surface area. activities nanotubes investigated according these structural properties. Photocatalysts could not homogeneously with hydrogen reduction process but efficient coloration borohydride. visible region increased compared hydrogen. structure important, exhibited more color removal yield regard one. More active catalysts absorption energy 98.4 % 30 ppm methylene blue solution photocatalyst.

Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2) are known as a widely used photocatalyst. In order to improve the performance of these nanoparticles, the recombination of the electron-cavity pair must be reduced and the absorption rate of the visible region should be expanded. One way to increase the performance of these nanoparticles is using cerium doped TiO2. In the present study, pure and doped titan...

In this paper, two double helical dinuclear copper(II) complexes of bis-N,O-bidentate Schiff base ligands bis(3-methoxy-N-salicylidene-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl)sulfone (L1) and bis(5-bromo-N-salicylidene-4,4'-diaminodiphenyl)sulfone (L2) were prepared and characterized by elemental analyses (CHN), as well as thermal analysis. Elemental analyses (CHN) suggested that the reaction between ligands and ...

Tubular heterostructures based on titanium dioxide (TiO2) and silica nanotubes (SNTs) with high photocatalytic activity have been successfully obtained by a simple combination of an electrospinning technique and a solvothermal process. The as-prepared products were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (X...
